Original Building Service (OBS) was founded in 1994 and has a commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction. OBS crews has over 30 years of experience and 20 of them in Richmond. So after being established in the business for quite some time, we can provide a cleaning solution to any of your janitorial maintenance needs.
We are proficient and efficient at cleaning the largest to the smallest office buildings, as well as schools, medical facilities and more. We provide healthy green cleaning services, which we utilize the finest equipment and tools in the industry today.

Structure
Based on 3 Tiers (Office Management, Supervisor, Crew)

Office Management
To have extraordinary Janitorial Service, you have to have a devoted Office Management Team. Our management team is in consistent contact with the Client (you) to make sure you are updated and satisfied with our job.
We will only be a phone call, email or fax away. We’re available 24hrs. a day, 7 days a week. And if there’s any complications or if you have any emergencies, then we have an 8hr. recovery time. Indicating that the issue will be resolved in an 8hr timeframe. Other than connecting to the Client directly, the Office Management Team communicates with the Supervisor of that building. |
Supervisor
The Supervisors’ duty is to make sure that the Crew fulfilled their tasks that night, or that day. And the Supervisor will contact the Office with updates. The Supervisor will clean up any small tasks that the Crew has left behind. If the Supervisor determines that the Crew left any major tasks, then he will call back the crew in to finish up the job.

Crew
The Crew consists of Janitors and floor techs. Their jobs are to complete the daily, weekly, monthly and semi, quarterly and annually cleaning tasks. Each building will have their set amount of crews and the more buildings we have, then the more crews we shall train and recruit.
