• Empty and damp wipe ashtrays, clean cigarette urns, smooth sand and replace as necessary

• Spot clean all walls, light switches and doors
• Dust wipe all decorations and fixtures
• Mop all hard surface floors and treated dust mop
• Mop all stains and spills especially coffee and drink spills
• Machine buff hard surface, floors must be shinny
• Stripe and refinish hard surface floors
• Clean both sides of all glass doors
• Clean all partition glass
• Clean all ceiling vents
• Dust and vacuum all furniture
• Dust all high reach areas
• Wash or vacuum all sides of wall
• Vacuum walk-off mats

Tenant / Hard Surface

• Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary

• Remove all collected trash to designated area
• Empty and damp wipe ashtrays
• Dust all horizontal surfaces
• Dust all low reach areas
• Spot clean all walls, light switches and doors
• Spot clean all wall stains and spills especially coffee and drink spills
• Dust mop all hard surface floors with treated dust mop
• Using a high speed floor machine, spray buff all hard surface areas
• Dust wipe all telephones including ear and mouthpiece
• Clean all ceiling vents
• Stripe hard surface floors and re-coat with three coats of floor polish
• Treat all wood paneling
• Clean all partition glass
• Dust all high reach areas

Tenant / Corridor

• Dust all low reach areas

• Spot clean all walls, light switches and doors
• Using approved spotter, spot clean carpeted area
• Vacuum all carpets
• Spot clean all partition glass
• Using a tank vacuum or back pack, vacuum corners, edges and chairs, vacuum all carpeted traffic areas

• Strip hard surface floor and re-coat with three coats of floor polish
• Clean both sides of all glass doors
• Shampoo carpet
• Using a tank vacuum or back pack, vacuum corners, edges, chairs, vacuum all traffic carpeted areas

Restrooms

• Remove all collected trash to designated area
• Clean and sanitize all restroom fixtures, clean mirrors, wipe all counters, refill dispensers, empty trash and damp mop floors with disinfectant chemicals
• Machine scrub all restroom floors using germicidal detergent
• Wash all restroom floors using germicidal detergent
